How do I get a library card?

How do I view my account online?

Visit the library catalogue at TRACpac. Log in with the barcode number from your library card and your PIN. 

What is my PIN/PASSWORD?

Your default PIN/PASSWORD is the last four digits of your phone number. If you are unsure of your PIN/PASSWORD or would like to reset it, contact us. 

How do I search for library items?

Search for books, eBooks, audiobooks, DVDs, video games, and more using the online catalogue TRACpac.

How do I place a hold?

Place holds in person, by phone, or online.

How do I renew my borrowed items?

Renew items in person, by phone, or online.

  • maximum of two renewals
  • item has no current holds
What happens if I return library items past the due date?

Note: No Fines are being charged in 2023. You will still be charged for lost / damaged items if the items are not returned. 

Please return your items on time to avoid late fines. Our fines are as follows:

  • Adult items $0.25 per day per item
  • Videogames $0.25 per day per item 
  • Teen items $0.20 per day per item
  • Children's items $0.10 per day per item
  • Walking poles and power monitors $1.00 per day per item

No overdue fines will be charged when the book chute is locked and we are closed to the public.

How long can I keep my items?
  • Books: 3 weeks 
  • Audiobooks: 3 weeks 
  • DVDs: 1 week
  • Videogames: 1 week

Please note the loan period is subject to change based on the library the items are coming from.
