Join our mindful yoga series where we explore yogic breath techniques, low-intensity gentle movement, and guided relaxation.
This 60-minute class is suitable for adults and older adults of any experience level.

*Please bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothes.

  • Each program date must be registered for separately for each participant joining us, and missing two registered program dates without warning participants will be removed from future program dates in this session.
